Therapeutic Yoga Can Help
Discomfort, tension, constant aches can be signs that something is not functioning working right, that something is not moving well or out of balance in your body. Add stress and anxiety on top of that, and we experience fatigue, lack of concentration.
Our bodies are amazing. They get us through days even when something isn’t right. There comes a point when something has to give. It’s not until we reach that point that we become aware of our pain and discomfort.

As a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, I can show you simple yoga based therapeutic exercises and practical techniques which will help you to:

What Yoga Therapy is Not
It is very different to other forms of yoga practice and physical therapy, (Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Massage) as the treatment is not “done” to you. You are not manipulated or “handled” in any way, rather, in Therapeutic Yoga, you participate fully in the session, you are the movement, you are the treatment. It does however compliment other therapies and your personalised programme will work together to get you moving forward.
