Liz has over 20 + years experience as a yoga teacher/yoga therapist and came to Somatics in 2014 to overcome her chronic back pain. This method changed her life and she is passionate about sharing it with others.

About Somatics
Clinical Somatics is a therapeutic, effective contemporary movement method steeped in neuroscience. It is a gentle practice, based on natural developmental movement patterns and the patterns of stress habituation.

In this comprehensive course you will learn:
The fundamental movements of this method.
The unique techniques and principles of Clinical Somatics.
The root cause of muscular pain, skeletal imbalances, dysfunctional & painful movement.
How to recognise and sense within yourself the Three Stress Reflexes and their relationship to your pain, tension, mobility issues, stress & anxiety levels.
