Reconnection Retreat 22-25th January 2027

Following two successful retreats in 2025 & 2026 I am returning to the amazing Noka, Curlew and Avocet lodges in January 2027. These are the perfect venues that offer stunning accommodation and facilities in the lovely town of Woodhall Spa just 15 miles south east of Lincoln but a world away from your life.

The intention for my retreats is to create a supportive space for women to find time to nourish, nurture, heal, express, rest and reconnect. I am always humbled, grateful and in awe of everyone who joins me for embracing both the weekend and more importantly, themselves and each other.

This women’s only retreat is inspired from my personal experiences from the last few years of going through the menopause, a divorce and the pain of losing my Dad.

In all of that time I felt I lost sight of myself, I felt I had become a shadow of me. Does this resonate with you? What brought me back to me was my love of dancing where I trained in Chakra Dancing, using my somatics tools of movement breath and stillness, changing my diet, prioritising self care and getting clear on what I needed and how I wanted my future to look.

All of this I will share on this retreat which includes:-
