Clinical Somatics is a therapeutic, effective contemporary movement method steeped in neuroscience. It is a gentle practice, based on natural developmental movement patterns and the patterns of stress habituation.

In this comprehensive course you will learn:

The root cause of muscular pain, skeletal imbalances, dysfunctional & painful movement.
How to recognise and sense within yourself the Three Stress Reflexes and their relationship to your pain, tension, mobility issues, stress & anxiety levels.
This course is progressive in nature, so you will gain the most benefit by attending the entire course.

Cost - £120 and includes access to Liz’s video Beginner’s Series for the duration of the course. Can be paid in two instalments.
For over 20 years Liz has empowered people to heal themselves through movement. With a background in Yoga and Yoga Therapy, she went on to discover the profound effects of Somatics and has specialised in teaching this method for the last eight years. She is a certified Clinical Somatic Educator, teaching in person, online classes, courses workshops and retreats.
