I am so excited to be hosting this women’s only weekend retreat for the first time in four years! I really hope you can join me.
I have searched for the perfect venue that offers stunning accommodation and facilities in the lovely town of Woodhall Spa just 15 miles south east of Lincoln but a world away from your life.
I’ve called this retreat the “Reconnection Retreat” inspired from my personal experiences from the last few years of going through the menopause and the pain of losing my Dad.
In all of that time I felt I lost sight of myself, I felt I had become a shadow of me. Does this resonate with you? What brought me back to me was my love of dancing where I trained in Chakra Dancing, using my somatics tools of movmement, breath and stillness, changing my diet, prioritising self care and getting clear on what I needed and how I wanted my future to look.
