This class welcomes all abilities to gently and naturally help you ease pain and tension, improve functional movement, restore posture, walking and flexibility, using the techniques and movements as created by Thomas Hanna the founder of Somatics. (please note this class takes place in the Sun studio which is upstairs. If you have difficulty with climbing stairs private sessions are recommend) and email liz@intelligent-movement.co.uk to find out more.
Did you know that repeated stress changes the shape of your body?
As well as affecting posture, it also affects many physiological functions of the body.
Somatic movements are based on natural movement patterns and the patterns that we habituate through stress, meaning no pretzel like postures, no forcing, just gentle, natural movements.
If you are new to Somatics, subscribe below to receive my free E-book explaining the neuroscience behind this incredible method
Walk easier, move with less stiffness, feel more supple and agile, why not join Liz in this welcoming and friendly class, where she also arranges regular social coffee meet ups, walk and talks.
