We will have exclusive use of the gardens and grounds and pool including a guided walk with one of the hall’s gardeners.
All the movement practices will take place in Forbes room within the courtyard.
Outline for the Day
Arrival from 9:45 am with time for a drink and settling in
10:30 Gentle somatic yoga
12:00 pm Lazy Long Lunch
2pm Guided Garden Walk
3-5 pm Free Time to enjoy the gardens & pool (3-4 for the pool)
5pm Yoga Nidra (Guided Deep Relaxation)
6pm Cheerios!
