Join me at the beautiful Aubourn Estate for a relaxing day of nurturing movement and exploring the beautiful gardens.
We will have exclusive use of the gardens and grounds including a guided walk with one of the hall’s gardeners.
All the movement practices will take place in Forbes room within the courtyard.
Outline for the Day
Arrival from 9:45 am with time for a drink and settling in
10:30 Gentle somatic yoga
12:30 pm Lazy Long Lunch
3pm Guided Garden Walk
4 pm Free Time to enjoy the gardens
5pm Yoga Nidra
6pm Cheerios!
