I had a slow, stay at home weekend with nothing planned other than pottering and catching up, giving myself permission to let the days unfold, doing what and where my mood and energy took me. It’s so freeing not to have a plan but more importantly, to not put any expectations on myself, no pressure. I try to do this often especially when I’ve got a busy week ahead and also when I’m going to be working at the weekend, which I am going to be doing again with my upcoming “Foundations in Clinical Somatics Course” which starts this coming Sunday. (details below) there are still places available as there are for this Friday’s Sound and Soma. In November I’m offering a restorative and gentle evening called "Somatic Yoga for Your Soul” all the details are below, I feel with all the turbulence in the world right now, more than ever we need more soul nourishing practices.
Recently, I asked for help from my wonderful students to share their experiences of practising with me, I did this because I’d love to introduce more people to this amazing practice and gain more students. My hope is that through their words, through their felt sense, it inspires you to begin Somatics with me.
First up, I’m sharing D’s video, I know how this practice helps me to feel grounded, centred & good in my body. D so eloquently explains how Somatics helps her, so, please do take a listen.
Thank you for reading, I hope my blog inspires you, below you’ll also find out what’s in class this week and to discover my upcoming offerings you can find that in my courses & workshops page here
From my heart, soul & soma to yours

Some deep releases for asymmetry, at the end of class I could see how much taller and balanced everyone was! Great feedback from it too!
