There’s no doubt the festive season is already upon us with Christmas adverts, markets and parties already going ahead. Christmas brings joy as well as additional stress with overwhelm being felt more easily. What generally happens is we find we become too busy to do the very things that will help us get more peace and joy out of the season and those "things" is prioritising slowing down, reducing the “noise” of the season and taking time out to bring calm and balance to your nervous system.
My classes will be running up until the 12th December and resume the second week of January, so why not plan ahead and book yourself in to my classes or schedule time to take a class from my library - because as the advert says “you are worth it!”
If you want to deeply restore your energy levels then why not join Caroline & I on Sunday 7th December for Sound & Soma, a longer class this time for drinks and nibbles and the warm embrace of community and belonging.
